The providers of Women’s Health Associates are proud to provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic services to the women of our community.

 

We maintain extensive office hours to accommodate the schedules of our patients to as great an extent as possible. However, we ask your patience and understanding should your appointment need to be cancelled or rescheduled. The needs of our birthing mothers are unpredictable and occasionally disrupt our normal office routine.

 

Patients of our midwife associates have the option of delivering at our own Connecticut Childbirth & Women’s Center, the region’s only freestanding birthing center, at 94 Locust Avenue, Danbury, CT 06810.

 

Call one of Women’s Health Associates three offices to schedule an appointment. Your telephone calls will be answered by a receptionist, not by an automated system.

 

Insurance and forms of payment

Women’s Health Associates accepts most insurance plans available in our region. As our cosmetic procedures are not covered by insurance, payment is due at time of service. We accept:

• Credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover)
• Debit cards
  

 

Birthing and hospital services

Our obstetrical patients have the option of birthing at the Danbury Hospital, a regional medical center with a level IIIb intensive care nursery, or at our own freestanding birthing center for low risk pregnancies. We are one of the very few obstetrical practices in the country to have developed its own childbirth center.

 

Cosmetic services

Women’s Health Associates offers a wide array of cosmetic services including cosmetic gynecologic surgery, typical cosmetic medical procedures such as Botox® and filler injections, and cosmetic laser treatments such as hair removal and laser facial rejuvenation. We also offer sclerotherapy for the treatment of spider veins. We have been pleased to offer these services for over five years. To learn more, visit our cosmetics section.
