The obstetricians and midwives of Women’s Health Associates provide second opinions and a viable option for women seeking a vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC) as well as women who prefer the alternative of midwifery care. Our midwifery practice is truly independent. Patients may seek support from the obstetricians in our group, but a pure midwifery option is always available to low-risk mothers. Some patients may require collaborative care due to the development of some risk factors, but the primary role of the midwife is always respected in the case of those women who choose midwifery care.
